• Logos: We engrave logos, not print, therefore colours are not an option. Some logos may need adjustment for engraving, significant design work to modify logos will incur additional costs. Large Logos and/or personalisation may incur additional costs.

• Logo File Options: High Quality PDF, AI, EPS, Corel
• Each item can be personalised with an individual's name or wording of your choice, please email name lists to: orders@callableu.co.nz
• Name File Options: Smalls Lists can be in the body of an email and Large Lists must be in a Word or Excel Document.

LEAD TIME
Vary depending on quantity ordered, but as an estimate: Small Orders - 5 to 7 Business days, Large Orders - 10 to 20 Business Days. Please also enquire regarding URGENT orders, addtional costs may apply.
