Who owns Calla Bleu?
Calla Bleu is the result of a joint venture between Laserworx, a well-established Laser Cutting and Engraving firm and Kcimory Designs, a Woodworking and Design business. Calla Bleu is New Zealand owned and operated.
Where is Calla Bleu based?
Calla Bleu’s operational site is located at 3/179 Lake Road, Mangakakahi, Rotorua, this is a closed site, not open for visitors unless prior appointment is made. Calla Bleu also has a Design & Marketing division located in Auckland, at this stage, no showroom is available but appointments can be made to see a designer and samples.
Who designs and makes your products?
- Laser cutting & engraving - Designed by Calla Bleu and produced in-house by Calla Bleu.
- Gift Items - Made and designed in New Zealand by local artisans as well as internationally sourced products

Can I get a custom design or can I can use my own designs?
Yes, custom design is optional, but additional costs may apply.
I am wanting a laser cut & engraved product, can I get a sample before I buy?
We do have generic samples available to purchase from our Favour range. If you would like a sample of another product such as an invitation or Save the Date, we can produce this for you, applicable costs will apply.
Will I receive a Proof prior to production?
We send out Proofs for many of our products including Guest Books, Invitations and signs. If you are unsure of whether you will receive a proof or not, check the bottom of the product listing for details. If nothing is mentioned and you would like a proof, please ask.
How long will an order take?
Order times vary depending on what product and what quantity is ordered. Please view the "Lead Time" description at the bottom of each product. We do have an Urgent processing option available, additional costs apply, details at Checkout.
What payment options do you have?
We have a secure credit card processing gateway that takes all major credit cards. A Laybuy option is also available.
We also have Bank to Bank direct transfers, however, this is only open to New Zealand Residents.
How long and how much for shipping times or can I collect?
Shipping times vary depending on location, from 2-4 days within New Zealand, up to several days to Australia and upwards of 10 days for the rest of the world.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes we do. See checkout for costs.
I want to make a bulk order, do I have to pay in full upfront?
For orders under $500, payment is required in full upfront. For orders exceeding $500, we require a 50% deposit before production begins and then the balance to be paid on completion. Payments can be made online, over the phone or in person on site.
Can I have multiple people contact you about my order?
We only take instruction from one person per order, unless we receive instruction from that person to deal with someone they've elected to act on their behalf.
