Who owns Calla Bleu?
Calla Bleu is the result of a joint venture between Laserworx, a well-established Laser Cutting and Engraving firm and Kcimory Designs, a Woodworking and Design business. Calla Bleu is New Zealand owned and operated and trades under the New Zealand company Certified Bridal Ltd.
Where is Calla Bleu based?
Calla Bleu’s physical site and showroom is located at the Laserworx building on 72B Morrin Road, St Johns, Auckland, New Zealand.
**Please note – the Calla Bleu display area is currently under construction, however, you are able to view all products displayed on our website at Laserworx.
Who designs and makes your products?
- Laser cutting & engraving - Designed by Calla Bleu and produced in-house by Calla Bleu.
- Gift Items - Made and designed in New Zealand by local artisans
- Supplies - All supplies are sourced locally
All of our products are on our website and you can order online. Alternatively you may visit Calla Bleu (c/o Laserworx) and order in person.
Can I get a custom design or can I can use my own designs?
We have a design service if you would like a custom design. You are also able to use your own design. Please click here for more details.
I am wanting a laser cut & engraved product, can I get a sample before I buy?
To save on costs we suggest you order one of our generic laser cut & engraved wood samples, this will give you can idea of the wood used, the finish of the cut and font engraving options.
However, we will always try to accommodate requests, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your request.
What's involved in ordering?
Calla Bleu offers a diverse range of products from laser cut & engraved invitations & favours to a New Zealand made gift range. 99% of what we offer can be personalised in some way. We have many online options, view our shop link for more details, or you can email, phone or visit us for a consultation. Please contact us via email or phone first if you would like to speak with one of our designers in person and a meeting can be organised.
Once a design has been decided on, we will generate a proof to approve before production begins. We allow 2 proof amendments and then $15 per amendment thereafter. Once a proof is approved, payment is required before production begins or a deposit must be made for larger orders. Progress updates are given for large orders and on completion you are contacted via email with dispatch details or that you may collect if you have opted to do so.
How long will an order take?
Order times vary depending on what product and what quantity is ordered. Please view the "Lead Time" description at the bottom of each product or contact us for more details. We will advise alternate order times for custom jobs.
What payment options do you have?
We have a secure credit card processing gateway that takes all major credit cards.
We also have Bank to Bank direct transfers, however, this is only open to New Zealand Residents.
How long and how much for shipping times or can I collect?

Do you ship internationally?

I want to make a bulk order, do I have to pay in full upfront?
For orders under $500, payment is required in full upfront. For orders exceeding $500, we require a 50% deposit before production begins and then the balance to be paid on completion. Payments can be made online, over the phone or in person on site.
Can I have multiple people contact you about my order?
We only take instruction from one person per order, unless we receive instruction from that person to deal with someone they've elected to act on their behalf.
