How much does shipping cost and how long will shipping take?

Shipping costs are based on the dimensions and weight of the product and destination for delivery. Estimated shipping costs can be sourced at check-out but for an idea of the costs  & transit times please see below:

What shipping companies do you use?

We use NZ Post national and international courier, Fedex and NZ courier company Post Haste. All companies used are very reliable.

Are orders tracked?

No. Small items such as samples and inexpensive items are sent via NZ Post, however, tracking can be added at an additional cost. All other items are tracked, with tracking numbers provided upon dispatch of an order.

Can I collect my order and is there any cost for this?

Yes you can collect and there is no cost. You can collect from Calla Bleu c/o Laserworx, 72B Morrin Rd, St Johns, Auckland

Will you ship to my PO Box?

Yes we can ship to PO Box address, however, additional costs may apply.

Customs Duties & Taxes on International Orders.

You the buyer are liable for any customs duties, taxes, VAT or tariffs imposed by your destination country. We advise you to check with your local customs office to determine what if any costs may be imposed.

We are legally required to declare the exact value of the products we send.

Returns & Exchanges

Personalised Products

Before we personalise any product we must receive proof approval from you the buyer prior to any works taking place, therefore, we cannot provide a refund on these products if you later find the information is incorrect. We use quality locally sourced supplies for our products, however, should there be any defect in the materials used, we will re-do the works or offer an alternative, again no refund will be given.

Non-Personalised Products

For non-personalised products such as those in our gift range, if for any reason you are not happy with your purchase we will offer a full refund or exchange providing the product is returned in its original condition. Products need to be returned to the following address within 30 days of purchase. We will make contact with you within 3 business days to organise a refund or exchange:

Packaging & Delivery

We provide secure packaging for any items being shipped, however, should an item be damaged in transit, please email a photo to the following email address, we will contact you within 3-business days to discuss replacement details.
